2) FOOD is the question... What kind of food do you take everyday?..
eat about 6 times a day but eat healthy and reasonable.. like morning take some 100% egg whites with 100% wholewheat bread and a glass of skimmed milk or juice..than go to gym and do some work out... 

you have to take white tuna in Water... or chicken breast... alot of vegetables except tomato... 
make sure you eat every 3 hours.. dont eat rice... no white bread.. no oil ... 
it is hard but if u want to reach your goals than you have to do some sacrifice..</description>
