There is a healthy one that several of the people I know have done. It is actually a healthy body cleanse, but a side effect is weight loss. My sis-in-law lost 12 pounds in five days, my neighbor lost 8.

I need to loose 40-50#’s and thinking about medical weight loss clinic but i when you have a thyroid problem you are not suppose to be on any type of diet pill! Has anyone done medical wieght loss clinic w/this problem w/success?

I am hypothyroid due to radioactive treatment. I tried diet pills in the past and they helped a little but i gained the weight back. The only thing that has helped me lose and keep the weight off is making sure that the doctors do regular blood test so that my meds will stay adjusted. I work out at least 1 hour a day (5-6) days a week. I lift weights 2-3 days a week and I follow a very low carb diet.Doing these things I have lost 30pounds in 5 months. In the past I have tried doing a low fat diet and it just didn’t work for me. It is very difficult to lose weight with a thyroid problem but not impossible, you just have to find out what works for you. Good luck!!!
