Actually I have been on a weight reducing plan for the last one year and it has worked very well for me .I go for long brisk walks everyday plus I avoid high calori and fried stuff . Now I have reduced a lot of fat from my thighs and butt but still unable to get rid of the fat around my stomach .please advice me if you know of away .

I called a year ago to see if there were any Weight Watcher meetings exclusively for teens. They said no and I am wondering if that has changed since I called? Or, if anyone knows of any other weight loss programs in and around St. Louis, MO for teens that they could recommend?

I would like to find a doctor in the Daytona Beach Florida Area that prescribes weight loss meds. I am not looking for one who just wants you to do shakes and vitamins nor do I need one to talk down to me. I am just looking for a little help and not a lecture.

I don’t know anything about HCG shots, but if you’re serious about losing weight, go to Chimaenterprises.com. They have great weight loss programs that work.

B12 injections dont assist you lose weight, in theory it sounds like a great thought, but in reality its not. It may give you a small energy, but keep in mind that it also increases appetite for numerous individuals.

Try Lindora or Jenny Craig, they are everywhere, just look them up on-line. I’m not a fan of either, but if you want and a person to monitor you, theyll do that and give you a food program.
