There’s no fastest way…pills are actually not good for you either…but if you really want it..try Lipo 6 by Nutrex. Go to the bodybuilder website linked below and search for Lipo 6. Got a very good review. But remember, these pills are worthless if you do not incorporate any diet plan/ food…..you still need to do cardio/ eat right/ workout to make it effective (save you money too).

Count calories according to your present weight and eat about 500 calories less everyday.
Exercise 90 minutes everyday 5 to 6 times a week, preferably doing cardio.

Run and run and run some more !!!!! Its the most effective way and eat good stuff and drink loads if water it helps burn fat wuicker but always remmber u have to burn more than u consume to take effect or example i eat 700 calories lose 500 calories ive still put in 200 but if it was the over way round id have lost 200 calories

Weight Watchers is fine….I know two people that lost 100+ pounds on it…but even so I would simply advise you to get yourself an iPod and learn to enjoy walking. I started at 15 minutes and last Sunday I knocked out 3 hours at the mall without a problem…7.5 miles.

Don’t eat. Or eat only celery as it has negative calories. (Takes more calories to eat than it provides.

The thing is do you want to lose weight or change shape,i think you want to change shape,you see mussel weighs twice as much as fat so as you exercise you build mussel but you lose fat but build mussel so you do not lose weight you change shape,long walks and a good diet is the best answer,you must look at the process over long term,say set your goal to reach your Target say in a years time that way the gains will be permanent, do not weigh your self look in the mirror that way you will get best results. bye Malcolm.
