I don’t need any other hateful comment because i have already gotten by far WAY to many.
I am 16 and trying to lose weight, i weigh 142 pounds and i am 5’7-5’8.
I am trying to get a flat stomach but i have a HORRIBLE metabolism, i don’t process food quick enough and i have been constipated for about 2 years now. Better yet, here are my goals…
-Flat stomach
-Get Rid of some under arm flab
-Get Rid of chubby cheeks
-Lift butt up a bit
-Get Rid of inner thigh fat
-Get rid of back flab
I do not eat fast food (i hate it), i don’t eat white bread, i don’t drink regular milk (only soy), i eat healthy fiber snacks for the constipation, i don’t eat fattening foods..
I also have a membership at the YMCA and i am planning on going for 1 hour and a half, 5 days a week.
The only thing is, i don’t know what exercises to do to reach my goals or i should take any other source of fiber or if i should have another healthy diet plan.
I really need your help please let me know what exercises i should do in order to reach my goals for the summer which is in about 5 months and i really need to know a diet plan (if needed) and fiber tips.
(Also- how much water should i be taking in a day and calories)

Hardcore are the diet pills and the exercises are well you could go on an epalator that works your but and thighs.

And its free
It helps you keep track of ur calories you eat and it tells u how many calories u sould be eating to reach ur goal and stuff, it’s really helpful, I use it

OK, the usual response to this question is “What the hell…. you are thirteen kiddo.. don’t be stupid”. Which to some extent is right but I know the pressure of losing fat. I used to be fat when I was 14 (2 years ago). I tried very hard but never succeeded in losing weight. Something about genetics then
I took some pills
but only after i had a great deal of knowledge after spending months in medical books because no doc helped me. it’s like playing with fire, but still it’s down to what matters to you most? health risks or being ridiculed in the class
i took two kinds of pills
1) stimulants (ephedrine hcl 25mg with 150mg caffeine or equivelant cups of coffee) which allowed me to lose fat. using these along with exercise and moderate diet i lost roughly 100 pounds in 3 months
2) deuretic (i used half tablet of lasoride 3 times a day) but only when I had to lose some bloat fast in two or 3 days. it gives you a temporary weight loss by reducing excess water stored under your skin which looks like fat. actually it looks worse than fat. kinda flappy thing. if you know what i mean.
just don’t use diuretic more than a week and don’t use stimulants after you’ve achieved your goals.

I eat 3 meals a day but I eat A LOT of fruit instead of snacks. I pick at apples, bananas, grapes and other fruits all day long. Can this simply help me lose weight? What is fruit helps the weight loss process?

It sure can. Fruits completely healthy and safe. Some people might tell you not to eat so much fruit, and to eat more vegetables, but you’re just fine.

Stop eating ANY junk food.
Start eating lettuce and fruit, allot of it.
Do allot of running and weight training.
