I have lost nearly 75 pounds in 2 months. I have done it in a nutritionally sound manner, with daily exercise to build muscle and burn fat, while implementing teachings of the wises sages on this planet today. Question by : liquid fasting/diet weight loss?
I already know it isn’t that healthy, so don’t tell me that, i am simply asking for some answers. so if you are against this, don’t post an answer because this is my body and you don’t make the ultimate decision. how ever my question is how much weight can i lose on a 30 liquid fast? I have already lost 20 pounds with exercise and healthy diet and i have 23 pounds left to lose. summer will be here in 69 days and i want to get down to my original weight 115. i am 5’3, and i have a small frame and that is the weight i feel comfortable at. my liquid fast will be mostly of water, and home made juice containing fruits and vegetables. i am considering going on this fast for 30 days then slowly ease my way back into eating healthy foods. i assume i have lost all of my water weight, so how many pounds do you think i will lose in that month? im the type of person that will maintain my weight loss once it is gone so i don’t want to hear about gaining it back.

Impatient Dieter, ImpatientDieter, easywayshow WOOOOO! Day 8 of my Liquid Diet and I lost almost another 1/2 Pound. Drink Your Water! Not doing so will affect your weight loss. Not drinking water actually makes you retain water and that weight will show up on the scale! I was running around all day Saturday and I definitely did not drink as much water as I have been all the other days of my liquid diet. I got in maybe 1/2 of the water that I have been drinking. Does anyone know of or ever tried any type of a liquid diet for a few days to lose a few pounds fast? I don’t want anything that I have to buy in a store – just something I can do at home with water/lemon or whatever. If you have done it, how much weight have you lost? What amount of time?

Fast weight loss is temporary. Your body is not designed for that sort of thing. There are better and more healthy ways to lose weight than artificial means. Don’t fall for the fast weight loss hype. It never works in the long run. You can get some free ebooks about losing weight and fitness here.
