Question by Jayla2131: Best diet and exercise routine for stomach fat?
I have been working out for almost a year now. I do dance, zumba, and a type of “boot camp” class, which consists of mostly lunges, squats, sit-ups, push-ups, etc. I do not follow an extremely strict diet, but I do not have an unhealthy diet either. I do not drink soda, eat red meat, a lot of bread or sweets. I did have 3 children before I started going to the gym, and I am in pretty good shape at the moment. However, even though I am working out I just cannot get rid of the little tummy! Please any advice including exercises or diets are welcome. Thank you.

A diet to get a flat stomach can be highly effective. There are many ways to lose weight specifically in the mid section of the body.
•Eat healthier and cut down junk food, such as replacing sweets and chips with fruits.
•Eat smaller meals a day. To get a flat stomach you should eat many small meals throughout the day. Eat just enough until you feel full; don’t overeat and know which flat-belly foods actually work
•Eating raw foods are to avoid the loss of enzymes that result from cooking food, which also decreases its nutritional value.
•Cardio exercises are best as they will heat up your core temperature and improve circulation, both of which will aid you in acquiring a flat stomach. You should aim for interval cardio training, such as alternating between sprinting and power walking. You can try sprinting for as long as you can. When you become too tired, you should walk. When you feel that you’ve caught your breath, sprint again. Do these alterations for a total of 20 minutes at a time.
•Some strength training exercises are Squats Lunges leg lifts and crunches.

Question by Ann Frank: What is the best weight loss supplement and work out routine for a new mom?
I am almost 6 months after giving birth. I had a cesarian section and that was my first child. I breastfed up until a few weeks ago, and all I did was gain weight from it; not that I mind because giving my son the best start in life is well worth it. I gained a whopping 65 pounds while pregnant and I was 130, 5’4 before I was pregnant and I have not lost 1 pound since. So, I’m still 195. I eat extremely healthy, I do not eat meat, only fish. I do take anti-depressants to help out with my PP depression. What is the best weight loss pill to help me? I know that no pill is a magic pill without exercise and proper diet, but I have tried OxyElite Pro in the past pre pregnancy but I never really had to lose weight so it never did anything. What are good weight loss supplements and a good workout plan that is realistic with a having a baby. I’d love to lose atleast 50 pounds by summer. Thank you
Answer by Lailigurl
Weight Loss supplements are just fraud methods. For many years they have lied to each of us. They actually love to see you fat so they can make more money. My advise for you is to plan your weight loss the natural way. It is quicker and best of all – safe for you. Find plans that offers realistic goals without starving.

This routine is short but yet effective for those who have limited time in the mornings or evenings. Try to do it 5 times a week, and eat more fresh vegetables, fruit and whole grains. Please note that as we are all different, therefore each of us has different body shapes. The aim for this routine is to maintain a healthy weight, and feel good about ourselves inside out. Modern life can be stressful and sometimes it is hard to find time to relax. It would be a good idea to start the day with some positive thoughts and keep on smiling Start with: Inhale exhale palms together Inhale, stretch your arms up Exhale fold 1. Hold at the plank position for a bit longer, it is very good for strengthening the abdominal muscles and toing up the whole body. 2. Inhale Cobra 3. Exhale Downward Dog 4. Now inhale and try to lift your leg up to the downward dog splits. 5. Lower the forearms down on the floor, this is good for toning the arms 6. The tiger pose: Inhale while stretching the leg backward. 7. Exhale while swinging the knee to the chest. This pose reduces the weight from the hips and tights. 8. Rest in child pose for a moment 9. The Locust: It strengthens and tones the abdomen, lower back and legs. Inhale one leg up and use the other foot to support. Breathe deeply. Exhale Lower, then repeat on the other side. 10. Inhale both legs up, breathe deeply 11. Now we start the sun salutation again 12. Hold at the warrior pose for few deep breaths. Repeat the other side. 13. Hold …

Question by rob c: how important is it to change up your exercise routine?
I mean as far as weight loss…. I have a routine that works well for me but, I hear people talking about changing from time to time. Is it just to break monotony?
Also, is this correct: for weight loss you should get your heart rate up and then slowly bring it down and then back up … like a roller coaster.
Answer by ErinBabe-x
You Should Change Your Routine As Your Body Will Get Used To The Routine And You Will Not Get Maximum Results If You Work Yourself Harder By Changing Your Routine.
