I need to loss 40 lbs before my friends wedding in march 2012, i’m 5’3 155lbs and i want to be 115-120lbs. I ware size 16 pants and want to ware a size 6 before the wedding and stay that why for a long time. Need to know what diet pills are safe to take, need a list of diet pills and links also well be nice. Thank you for your help.

don’t eat unnecessarily , exercise (do dips) go for jogging (has worked for plenty of people), drink lime (it makes you thin , well not too much , once a week) make a list of food you have in one day and try to reduce some from the list.don’t sleep during the afternoons. Sweetie there is nothing that works perfect like addrell, but go to ur doctor . Tell th em u can’t focus on anything. They will set up an appointment and bam. I went to doctor cause I am very bad add adhd and they perscrbed me adderall and the new foclin er 40 mg good luck
