Eating right, and exercising. But I would recommend starting out slow. And gradually working your way up to where you want to be. A little note here: When you start to workout you will feel a little bit on the sore side that is the prolactic acid in your muscles that is normal, and there is two things you can do to get rid of that. Stretch before you workout, and after you workout this will keep preventing injury when you workout, and will also prevent you from getting prolactic acid in your muscles. You can also go to the pharmacy and get some sports creame. This will help to eleviate any discomfort. I would also recommend to go and see your family doctor, because your family doctor knows your case history, and you family history. As to if dieting and exercising will be beneficial.
